In 2017, the Beretta Gussalli Farms in South Tyrol made a major new acquisition, the Steinhaus winery in Bucholz di Salorno. An old farm dating back to 1700, surrounded by 7 hectares of vineyards with a splendid view of the Adige valley and dedicated to the production of sauvignon blanc, gewürztraminer and pinot noir.

The vineyards, laid on calcareous soil between 500 and 600 meters above sea level, enjoy ideal conditions for the production of balanced and elegant wines. The agronomic management and the modern cellar are entrusted to the wise hands of Federico Curtaz.
