The estate, purchased by the Gussalli Beretta family in 2017, has nine hectares of vineyards in a single block, planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Kerner and Pinot Blanc. A fully operational winemaking and ageing cellar and an old farmhouse, originally dedicated to hospitality and currently undergoing renovation, complete the property. Read more

Climate | Altitude: 600 m. a.s.l. The climate has strong temperature changes. The Mediterranean climate influences hot days and cold nights have cool winds coming down from the mountains. |

Wine making | As soon as they arrive at the production facility they are softly pressed. Maceration takes place at low temperatures and lasts about 6 hours. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. |
Aging | The wine rests throughout the Winter on its fine lees, then to be bottled in the following Spring. |
