Primosic's attitude is to always push the quality limits necessary to carry out a project based on zones to ascertain the characteristics of the terroir and to find the perfect match for the vines. Wine making | The grapes are destemmed, and the pomace placed in stainless steel fermentation vats where the process begins with indigenous yeasts contact with the skins for 19-21 days. Regular pumpovers occur during this period. Pumping the must into concrete vats follows fermentation, where malolactic fermentation takes place. |
Aging | The wine is then transferred to French wood barriques for 24 months, and then aged in bottles for at least 24 months. |
