Story | Its name derives from the word "somarello" (donkey) in the Apulian dialect. This name stands for the plant's high productivity loaded with bunches "like a donkey". Only after the first 10 years of life do the vines drop in production and the grapes give life to structured wines rich in aromas. |

Wine making | Grapes are destemmed and crushed with long maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins for 15 days. It then follows fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 25°C. |
