Description
Pouilly-Fumé AOC still white, 12.5% ABV, produced by Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier, in the Loire Valley, France, 2023 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the minerality and freshness of the Pouilly-Fumé terroir. Thermo-regulated fermentation for 3 weeks. Selection on fine lees after homogenization. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate yet expansive bouquet with floral and herbaceous notes, including lily and peppermint. On the palate, it is pleasant and lively, thanks to the citrus and mineral notes, but also rounded and balanced thanks to the juiciness of the fruity aromas.
