Description

The Sagrantino grape, which has always been cultivated in the Montefalco area, is the native variety that best represents Umbria's wine image worldwide. The particular adaptation of this grape to the hills of Gualdo Cattaneo makes it possible to obtain wines of great personality.

Notes of red fruit, ranging from blackberry to ripe plum. The ageing in wood contributes to the wine's balance and elegance.

The company was founded in 1979 in an area between Lake Bolsena in Lazio and the city of Orvieto, a hilly area with similar climatic and soil characteristics which, as demonstrated by the long winemaking traditions of these places, is particularly suitable for viticulture. Thanks to the numerous investments made over the years, it has grown from a small family business into a successful business in a short time.
