Teroldego Rotaliano or "Oro del Tirolo" from a probable interpretation of the idiom "Tiroler Gold" The rulers of Austria, during their regency in Trentino, considered this excellent wine both for its intense and deep color, perfumed with raspberry and blackberry which for the full round taste rightly acidic and free of tannins: precisely Gold of Tyrol.

收成 From September 24th to 26th after the white grape varieties, to have a balanced acidity and an abundant content of grape sugar.
釀造 The hand-picked grapes arrive in the cellar where they are pressed; it is pumped into the vats to ferment in red. After about ten days it is drawn off and, kept warm, it carries out malolactic fermentation for natural deacidification. It rests for about six months in steel tanks to keep the fragrance of blackberry and raspberry scents typical of Teroldego.
