土地的組成	The lower terrace contains stony soils with a predominance of silt and clay and a more gravelly, alluvial lower layer. The upper terrace contains silt and clay on a layer of gravel.
系統	Espalier - Vertical Shoot Positioned Trellis (VSP).
收成	Mechanical (between late April and early May).
釀造	Destemming is followed by pressing with a pneumatic press. This is followed by cryo-maceration for 48 hours. The must is then racked and inoculated with two different strains of yeast. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
陳年	The wine rests on the lees for several months before being blended and bottled.
