Fracastoro Amarone Classico Riserva 2012 received the prestigious Best in Show 2023 award from Decanter, scoring 97 points. The Amarone Riserva "Fracastoro" is a majestic and multifaceted wine like the 16th century Veronese scholar whose name it bears. Structured warm, robust, rich and enveloping, it offers complex notes of ripe red fruit combined with tertiary hints of spices, tobacco and cocoa of great persistence.

釀造 After the traditional drying of four months, the grapes are pressed gently. The fermentation of the must lasts about 20 days and takes place in contact with the skins.
