Uberti Franciacorta Magnificentia Brut Satèn 2019

Only Chardonnay grapes from three vineyards in Erbusco have always been the same since 1990. Structure, softness, and elegant freshness express the magnificence of this Satèn.

土地的組成	Hilly soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well-exposed, and always ventilated.
釀造	After a careful selection of bunches and a slight pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place partly in natural oak vats of 32-hl, French oak barriques of 2.25-hl, and in steel respectively.
陳年	Following lees ageing in spring, the wine spends more than 40 months on the lees, developing a pressure of 4.5 atm along with a creaminess typical of Satèn. After disgorgement, at least 6 months elapse before marketing.
