Location	The Franciacorta hills, precisely in Erbusco, in the piece of ground named “COMARI’ DEL SALEM” (220/240 m. above sea-level) belonging to the Uberti Farm.
生產技術	After the grape harvest of the bunches, strictly selected in the piece of ground named Comarì, follows a light pressing.
陳年	The fermentation of the must occurs partly in oak-barrels. It is normally put on the market at least 48 months after its becoming sparkling, so that it can better refine as time goes on. The bottles produced are then numbered.
總酸度	6.50 gr/L
