Triacca Valtellina Superiore Sertola 2016
Nebbiolo has always been, indisputably, the leading grape variety in Valtellina. In the production of the Sertola wine it is reinterpreted once again, focusing on freshness, fruitiness and finesse. The Sertola plot is located in the eastern part of Tirano. In 1996, the traditional Valtellina training system of these over 50-year-old Nebbiolo vines was converted to Guyot. This has considerably reduced the yield and improved the phenolic ripening of the grapes. The Nebbiolo shows in the Sertola wine all its refinement and varied aromaticity. A wine of substance and a Nebbiolo of admirable harmony.
