Torre Rosazza Ribolla Gialla Brut 2021
Ribolla Gialla is the indigenous grape variety of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Chosen for its distinctive acidity and low alcohol content, it has found a particular expression in the sparkling version, a typology that is very common in the lower zone of the hills.

Location Torre Rosazza (Udine).
氣候 Altitude: about 120 m. a.s.l.
土地的組成 This wine originates from a soil named "Ponca", a soil that shows low fertility and good capacity to hold water giving the wine a full-bodied taste and colour, tannins, and minerality. Vineyards are located at the top of the hills with a perfect exposure that allows the full ripening of the grapes. The remarkable temperatures and the good ventilation from the Adriatic Sea give tasty and sugary grapes.

收成 The first week of September when grapes have a potential 11% alcoholic volume.
釀造 The must is then fermented directly in an autoclave using the Martinotti Method at a controlled temperature of 12°C to enhance the grapes' aromatic components and preserve the grape's olfactory and tasty features.
陳年 It refines on the lees for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage to acquire structure and balance.
