More than fifty years of history, experience and research have allowed our company to really know the Verdicchio, a grape of ancient origin with incredible flexibility and power quality that is undoubtedly one of the great Italian wines. The Massaccio is thus the result of long years of experimentation aimed at discovering how to get an important and richly structured wine, a wine that shows the wealth of the Verdicchio grape with a thick consistency and a higher than normal

Golden yellow color with elegant gold highlights.

香氣/花束

Intense and persistent, fine, recalls the exotic fruit, the flower of broom and herbs of the Mediterranean, with the final tones of bitter almonds.

味道

The mouth is soft and dense, very good and tasty flavor, balanced and very persistent.

Pairing

The Massaccio you should pair it with sushi or fish dishes prepared and very tasty. Excellent with traditional dishes of cold meats and especially with the veal with tuna sauce.

Location	The Massaccio is created from selected vineyards in the 12 plots of the Fazi Battaglia
釀造	After a careful check on the quality of the grapes are fixed from year to year the best areas to ripening. Then, only the perfectly healthy grapes that come with an ideal balance of sugar - acid is collected and used. The diraspapigiatura is followed by maceration in contact with the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature.
陳年	The wine is aged for several months on its "lees" and completes its development in cement tanks. Following bottling and aging for at least 8 months.

匹配	The Massaccio you should pair it with sushi or fish dishes prepared and very tasty. Excellent with traditional dishes of cold meats and especially with the veal with tuna sauce.
