收成	By hand, the Sangiovese grapes are generally harvested at the end of September and selected. The grapes are then transported to the winery in boxes.
釀造	Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration is conducted for 15 days with frequent pumping-over and punching-down.
陳年	After racking, the wine enters the ageing phase, which takes place in oak barrels for about a year. It finally ages for 6 months.
