Pinot Bianco is the white grape mutation of Pinot Noir. Wines produced in Italy from this grape variety are particularly full -bodied.

Straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights.

Strong floral scents of green apple and apricot. The nose evolves to notes of ripe and dried fruits, and aromatic herbs.

On the palate it is balanced between freshness and flavor, with adequate softness.
