Produced by Nerello sapling Pure cap Fessine is one of the few ethno producers that have been challenged to win the 100% Nerello Capo, and can be considered a "didactic" wine for the intentions with which it was produced. The Hood brings Etna DOC the spice and the color, so Laeneo is intriguing, as well as for the juicy juice of hives, for its own aromatic sweetness. Today Laeneo boasts its own circle of enthusiasts who are cautiously waiting for the release of each new year. The Nerello Fessine Cap is gorgeous, peppy and irresistible.

Ruby red with clear garnet reflections.

The nose shows fine notes of spices, cloves and pepper, and red fruit.

味道

A slight balsamicity opens to a taste characterized by a strong acidity and a great balance. Long and rewarding, it stands for delight before a long-lasting closure.

Pairing

At full meal, the "Laeneo" is well combined with red meat, game and seasoned cheeses.

氣候	Very nice climate season: spring and early spring rains have created a good water reserve that the vine has best exploited for its vegetative cycle. In the summer the temperatures were in the average season without excessive heat peaks allowing a perfect vegetation. An "Etna" vintage that the rains at the beginning of September helped to finish in the best way.
收成	An October with sunny days allowed to harvest healthy and mature grapes favoring the phenolic maturation of the Nerelli. The Carrier's harvest took place on October 15 and 26 immediately followed by that of Nerello Mascalese.
