Skerk Vitovska 2016

An ancient vine from the Greek origins, known in the Mediterranean area and present on the Karst since ancient times, which, strongly grateful to the sun.

Gold with bright amber reflections.

香氣/花束

Intense and intriguing, it reveals a complex bouquet with floral nuances of jasmine, lavender and linden, fused with tones of apricot and ripe medlar, then beeswax, spicy sensations of white pepper, ginger and vanilla.

味道

A graceful sip, of excellent balance, composed of expertly balanced sapidity and freshness. Persistent spicy leave.

Pairing

It goes well with fish and white meat.
