Location Vineyards in the conoid of Roveré della Luna, the upper Val di Cembra and the hills east of Trento
土地的組成 Soil of limestone origin on the Roveré della Luna cone, of porphyry origin in Val di Cembra and rich in marly limestone flakes on the Trento hill.
每公頃產量： 70 hl
釀造 The grapes are harvested strictly by hand. The whole bunches are gently pressed following the traditional processes of the Metodo Classico. The must ferments in French oak barriques and tonneaux, where it remains until the following spring. This is followed by blending and re-fermentation in the bottle.
陳年 Maturation on the lees lasts for over 60 months. The final stages involve disgorging and the possible addition of liqueur d'expedition.
