Rizzi Alta Langa Pas Dosé Metodo Classico 2019

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Bright, deep straw gold.
	香氣/花束 Intense, ample, and extremely elegant, with hints of honey, apples, chamomile, aniseed and Mediterranean herbs.
	味道 Ample and structured in the opening. It then gives a full-bodied, pleasant, tasty, and fresh flavour.

收成	By hand, between the second and third decade of August depending on weather conditions.
釀造	Grapes are gently pressed after harvesting. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts in stainless steel tank.
陳年	The wine ages in stainless steel for about 7/8 months with repeated batonnages, before being bottled. The sparkling process is carried out with the Classic Method in the spring following the harvest. The wine then matures in the bottle on its lees for at least 48 months and is aged a few months after disgorgement before being marketed.
