Istrian malvasia is part of the vast family of malvasia of Greek origin. It has not blatantly flavor profile and suave and rather distinguished by its elegance and finesse.

The nose expresses a delicate profile of summer fruit.

味道

The taste reminds apricot and peach, but the fruity notes are refreshed by a lively acidity, with pleasantly citrus tones.

Pairing

Great aperitif wine, or to accompany hors d'oeuvres. It combines very well with the first seafood dishes and vegetable and fish soups.
