Nose of great complexity, fruity, with prevalence of small black fruits, ripe blackberries on everything, licorice and light spiciness.

味道

On the palate it is powerful and elegant, with lively acidity, fine and elegant tannins. Very persistent.

Pairing

Grilled or roasted meat, game and game up to blue cheeses. The solid and opulent structure also lends itself to meats with important sauces for which a boef bourgignon is good.
