Penfolds Coonawarra Shiraz Bin 128 2019
Created in 1962, Penfolds Bin 128 is a regional wine that reflects the unique climate and growing conditions of the Coonawarra district of South Australia and the relatively elegant style of Syrah. Since 1980 vintage, French oak has been substituted for American oak, bringing out the pepper, spice and floral characteristics that define this style. Since then, there has been a greater focus on ripe fruit flavours, leading to a more complete and complex style.
