Launched in 1993 with the 1990 vintage, Bin 407 is the result of the increasing availability of high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon. Inspired by the famous Bin 707, Bin 407 offers this varietal's pleasantness and approachability, without sacrificing structure and depth.

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

The nose has all the elements of this varietal: dried herbs, tobacco, mint, rosemary and thyme.

味道

A vegetable-like tastiness and a base of ground coffee powder are the first two descriptive flavours. Then, blackcurrant, mulberry and small red fruits. Clean and long finish, well amalgamated by fine tannins.
