A natural Passito di Pantelleria obtained from a careful selection of Moscato di Alessandria or Zibibbo grapes harvested by hand towards the end of August with subsequent drying. With its captivating golden yellow colour with amber reflections, the bouquet has enchanting scents of exotic fruit and honey. Excellent with baked desserts, a touch of class with piquant hard cheeses. Matured 5 months in bottle. .
