Made from Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in vineyards in villages of Ornati and Mosconi in Monforte d'Alba.

Elegant notes of fruit, flowers and spices are followed by sweet, fine tannins that make it easy to drink from the first few months in the bottle.

釀造 It is made using the most modern technology to enhance the qualities of freshness and fragrance. After destemming, maceration in contact with the skins takes place. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with natural yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature.
