Panzanello Chianti Classico Riserva 2018
The Panzanello Chianti Classico Riserva is made from a majority of Sangiovese with a percentage of Cabernet. It is a vigorous, intense wine which, in time, can acquire balance and a firm texture.

釀造 Harvesting is done by hand and this wine comes from the selection of two of the company's vineyards which, after soft destemming, undergo maceration for 18-20 days in steel vats.
陳年 60% of the wine is transferred into second-passage French oak barriques where it remains for 18 months and 40% in steel vats. The Riserva is refined in the bottle for 12 months and is not filtered so as to preserve its aromas, perfumes and structure.

匹配 Grilled white and red meats and medium-aged cheeses. Consume at 18°C and uncork the bottle an hour before a meal.
