歷史 The Riesling grapes of this area are legendary. About 1,700 years of uninterrupted viticulture have created a unique bond between its natural and cultural landscapes.
Location Leiwen, Mosel.
釀造 The grapes are gently pressed. The must is fermented in large stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas to the maximum fine and original Riesling.
陳年 The wine then matures in the traditional 1,000-litre barrels and is bottled after a light filtration, still ageing in a dark bottle.
