Negro Roero Arneis Blanc de Blancs Dosage Zero Giovanni 2017

This wine originated in 1985 and is dedicated to Giovanni Negro, pioneer of dry Arneis. A Classic Method, historically of the highest level, never ceases to amaze, from one vintage to the next.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Deep straw.
	香氣/花束 The fragrance is elegant, with hints of dry flowers and a crust of lightly toasted bread.
	味道 The foam is creamy and crunchy, reminding the pear and the “Renetta” apple. The yeasty aftertaste is soft, mineral and lightly bitter.
