Not excessively sweet. It is broad and velvety.

Pairing

A great wine to be enjoyed by itself in good company. Surprisingly good when accompanying strong cheese, excellent when served with dry sweets.

Location	Village of Asci, Town of San Floriano del Collio (Gorizia).
土地的組成	Hilly, consisting entirely of stratified marls and sandstones of Eocene origin, with excellent exposure.

收成	By hand, in mid-October.
釀造	The grapes are harvested and left to dry on wooden racks for 30 days. It is then destemmed and left to macerate in 228-litre oak barrels for about ten months.
陳年	Ageing always takes place in wooden barrels for another 18-24 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
匹配	A great wine to be enjoyed by itself in good company. Surprisingly good when accompanying strong cheese, excellent when served with dry sweets.
