收成	By hand during the last 10 days of August and the first days of September.
釀造	Good maceration of destemmed grapes for 8-10 days and with the aid of selected yeasts at about 26°C. Several delestage are carried out, and the malolactic fermentation is entirely done.
陳年	For a few months in stainless steel and concrete tanks with periodic micro-oxygenation to stabilize the colour and the olfactory profile.
