This Champagne is a special blend from our best cuvées and vines. It begins by a prolonged maturation of our Brut Tradition, allowing the three grapes varieties to fully express their unpolished freshness and liveliness.

	香氣/花束 Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of yeast.
	味道 On the palate the wine is fresh, mineral, persistent.

Pairing

As an aperitif you'll find this fresh and aromatic, with a slightly saline finish. No surprise then that it accompanies seafood, shellfish and cooked fish dishes of all kinds. It also goes well with Japanese and Scandinavian cuisine.
