A wine recently added to the appellation, which is a blend of two grapes: the elegance of Pinot Nero and the versatility of Glera. Pinot Nero grapes are grown in a single vineyard, resulting from the Dal Bianco family's tradition of cultivating this grape variety.

Elegant on the nose, results from perfectly balanced floral hints of roses and violets and fruit such as redcurrants and raspberries.

味道

In the mouth, it is delicate but robust, fresh and flavourful, with a finish concentrated on scents of red berries and hints of citrus fruit and featuring a rounded, delicate and persistent closing.

收成 The end of August for Pinot Noir, the beginning of September for Glera.
釀造 The Glera grapes are vinified in white at a temperature of 14-18°C. The Pinot Nero grapes undergo brief pre-fermentation maceration for 24-36 hours at a temperature of 8-10°C. The vinification in red follows at a temperature of 20-23°C.
陳年 The two wines are then blended before the second fermentation, which takes place on selected yeasts at a temperature of 14-13°C for at least ninety days. The wine ages in bottles for a month before being marketed.
