Marquis d'Angerville Volnay 1er Cru Fremiet 2021
The Volnay 1er Cru Fremiets has a well-defined bouquet, quite floral with touches of blueberry and blackcurrant, plenty of underbrush and hints of cassis cream coming through. The palate is medium-bodied with fairly firm tannins. There is considerable weight in the mouth, quite assertive and concentrated with a structured, almost Pommard-like finish.
