Majolini Franciacorta Pas Dosé “Aligi Sassu” Millesimato 2020

Since 1995, it has been a tribute to the sculptor Aligi Sassu (1912-2000), a family friend. The label bears the stylised image of the sculpture 'Cavalli innamorati' (Horses in Love), a bronze work of art placed in the winery: his last work. This Franciacorta has an uncompromising, dry and pure style.

	顏色 Gold with emerald reflections.
	香氣/花束 The aromatic framework opens with notes of candied citrus fruits, yellow peach, mint, freshly toasted bread and nougat in a genuinely unique fusion.
	味道 The taste opens with a rare grace, given by a sumptuous structure. It is then animated by the fresh, tasty structure. Finally, it has a tenacious and satisfying persistence.

Location	Village of Valle, Town of Orme (Brescia).
釀造	The grapes ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18°C. In the spring, the blending is made and the wine is bottled for the second fermentation. The base wine used is from a single vintage but from different vineyards.
陳年	The wine is then ageing with its own yeasts for at least 3 years. At the moment of perfect maturation, it is disgorged without adding sugar.
