Louis Latour Ardeche Chardonnay 2015

A great white, cultivated on limestone soils in an area like the Ardèche, very bright and ventilated. The processing is similar to that of a large white borgogna, the grapes are harvested in full maturity and fermented in oak barrels, made in Beaune. The Great Ardèche Chardonnay by Louis Latour is a fragrant white, structured and balanced.

Yellow loaded with greenish reflections.

It has a delicate scent, white fruit and flowers, with a touch of boisé on the finish that increases the complexity of its bouquet.

The palate is very structured, with a return of fruity notes and good acidity. The final is dry and fine.

Pairing

Beyond classic fish-pie, in this case, the Great Ardeche can accompany fine white meat dishes, such as roasted chicken.
