Louis Huot Champagne Cuvée Brut Carte Noir
Ideal as an aperitif, the Cuvee Brut Carte Noir, can be appreciated on all occasions. Ensign home Hout Fils, it represents the perfect blend of the three grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The continuity of its taste is guaranteed and preserved by the use of reserve wines (35%).

Very fine and persistent perlage.

Bright straw yellow.

香氣/花束

Notes of white pulp fruits, apricots, hazelnuts and fresh almonds.

味道

Some floral and spicy notes, of brioche and biscuit, give a further complexity to a clear and balanced taste, round and fleshy. Fresh and elegant, it closes with a finish of rare persistence on the fruit.

Idéale pour l’apéritif, s’accorde également avec toutes les viandes blanches.
