Levii Trento Brut Millesimato 2014

Classic method obtained with Chardonnay grapes and refined on yeasts for a minimum of 36 months. The long refinement attributes harmony and elegance while safeguarding the freshness.

	Perlage Perlage fine and persistent.
	顏色 Pale yellow with golden reflections.
	香氣/花束 Fine and intense scent hawthorn, notes of apple, hazelnut and dried fruits crowned with a light crust of bread. Pleasant harmony and complexity.
	味道 Good balance between softness and measured acidity. Great finesse in the velvety and persistent finish.

Pairing

For all meals, preference for molluscs, crustaceans, fish and risotto.
