Leonardo da Vinci Villa da Vinci Syrah Linarius 2021

This is more than a wine. It is a true declaration of intent, yet again demonstrating our vision. Linarius is made from a selection of the best Syrah grapes grown in the vineyards on the property around Villa Da Vinci, and fully expresses the characteristics of this variety: the fragrance, intensity and spice of its meaty, purple, fruity colouration.

Intense red colour with violet reflections.

Notes of spices, vanilla and coffee stand out, as well as aromas of ripe red berries, plums and flowers.

Balanced on the palate, with warm, silky tannins, long-lasting and persistent.

釀造	Maceration on the skins for around 8-10 days. Fermentation at 26-28°C, with frequent pumping over and delestage.
陳年	In stainless steel at a controlled temperature. This is followed by a brief period of 4-6 months in oak barriques.
