Location	Village of Rosazzo, Town of Manzano (Udine).
收成	Middle of September.
釀造	Only the first must obtained by direct pressing of the Pinot Bianco grapes becomes Tullio Zamò. The fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and finishes in 25 hl wooden tanks.
陳年	10 months in wooden barrels of 25 hl with weekly bâtonnage. The wine is bottled and marketed 3 years after the harvest.
