Intense and elegant aromas of wild flowers, ripe fruit, hazelnut and vanilla that blend together in a warm and sweet sensation.

The palate is harmonious and intense, traces the olfactory sensations with a very long persistence and a pleasant aftertaste.

Pairing

Throughout the meal, it goes well with both land and sea soups, baked fatty fish or white meat.

收成	The most mature clusters are carefully selected in the vineyard.
釀造	The direct pressing of the grapes without destemming, and only 50% of the yield in must is used. After the spontaneous clarification of one night, the fermentation starts in steel and then ends in wood.
陳年	After 10 months of aging in wood, with 50% of spontaneous malolactic fermentation we proceed to the assembly of the woods and final bottling. After two years the wine is marketed.
