Le Vie Angarano Vespaiolo Brenta Bio 2021
This wine is an authentic expression of the indigenous Vespaiola grape, with surprising freshness and acidity and a great capacity for ageing. The wine owes its name to the Brenta, the river that runs through Bassano and whose right bank borders the vineyard.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Notes of pink grapefruit and tangerine peel.

Aromatic, excellent acidity.

It goes well with fried appetizers, vegetarian dishes and fish. An exciting alternative to sparkling wines for apéritifs. It perfectly matches a well-known local recipe, White Asparagus PDO from Bassano del Grappa, with eggs and extra virgin olive oil made from organic olives from Villa Angarano.
