Le Vie Angarano Chardonnay Michiel 2016

This is the wine of Giovanna Bianchi Michiel's heart to which she has given the family name, expressing all the elegance and harmony of the place from which it comes. A wine made from Chardonnay grapes, its straw-yellow colour is always the first to inaugurate the harvest.

Ripe pineapple, vanilla, with apricot notes.

Aromatic with intense acidity, elegant and balanced.

Pairing

It goes well with fish dishes, white meat and half-aged cheese. For enthusiasts, try it with Nostrano del Brenta cigar. It also pairs with a recipe of local tradition, the typical salted cod from Vicenza.
