Lamole di Lamole Chianti Classico Maggiolo 2021

The name 'Maggiolo' of this Chianti Classico comes from the union of the words 'giaggiolo', a flower typical of the Lamole area, and 'maggio', May, the month in which it is at its most splendid. Its sweet, caressing structure sums up its generous sensory profile, with aromatic hints of springtime flowers, red fruits, and a smooth, sinuous feel.

Bright ruby red.

香氣/花束

Floral bouquet of cyclamen and violet with fruity sensations of mulberry, blackberry and blueberry and hints of sweet spices and cocoa.

味道

Sensations of freshness and softness dominate the palate. The tannin is blunt and tasty, and the acidity is well-balanced. The aromatic finish is deep and, at the same time, graceful in its memories of blackberry fruit and balsamic herbs.

Pairing

It wonderfully accompanies dishes with spices or spicy sensations, or aromatic herbs, as well as soups of various kinds, from chickpea soups to chickpea and lentil soups and those seasoned simply with extra virgin olive oil. Moreover, it pairs well with meat dishes of oriental or South American cuisine.
