Delicate aroma with hints of hawthorn flowers and white peach. Secondly, it recalls notes of fresh hazelnut and ripe Golden apple.

Location	Mainly from vineyards located in the Grumello and Valtellina Superiore DOCG Berbenno area (Sondrio).
每公頃產量：	5,000 kg/hectare.
收成	By hand, with crates.
釀造	Obtained from Chiavannesca grapes. Pneumatic whole bunch pressing. Separating the strongest pressing, the must is fermented for 50% in steel containers and 50% in acacia and oak barrels where it remains for aging "sur lies" with fortnightly batonnage for about 6 months.
陳年	In oak barriques on the lees with bâtonnage fortnightly for about 6 months. Bottling is then followed.
