It is not the classic Fiano, but gives rich, articulate and complex sensory sensations, able to conquer from the first sip and able to involve up to the last drop. The "Vino della Stella", Fiano di Avellino from the Joaquin winery, is a white product made entirely from Fiano grapes, fermented at controlled temperatures and left to age for a short period in cask, and finally refined for about six months in glass. .
