Jean Valentin Champagne Brut Millesimé 2015

The Valentin family vineyard is located near Sacy, about ten kilometres from the town of Reims, city of the coronations. Made from a blend of three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir), this champagne is characterised by a fine nose accompanied by hints of orange on the palate.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	顏色 Bright golden yellow.
	香氣/花束 Complex nose with hints of candied orange and toasted almonds, combined with pleasant notes of nutmeg, ginger and chalk.
	味道 Elegant and creamy taste, articulated in the aromatic development, which is extended thanks to the citrus acidity.
