Sourced from a selection of the best grapes grown exclusively in our Carmenere vineyard situated beside l’Oratorio di San Lorenzo in Località San Germano dei Berici (Vicenza). The Colli Berici is now considered one of the best areas for this grape varity in the world.

顏色

Dark ruby.

香氣/花束

Extemporaneous nose with delicate perceptions of cassis, dried grass, cranberry juice, wooded berries and mountain pine needles, then black pepper in grains and lots of cumin on goudron puffs.

味道

Superb at the sip, elegant, with excellent balance of the components, wraps the palate in a dense tannic velvet. Long spicy and fruity persistence with a savory reminder.

Pairing

Grilled or smoked pork, zampone and cotechino, boiled emat and pearà, ossobuco with peas, polenta with sopressa , pasta with beans.
