Il Cortiglio Irpinia Rosato 2017
Produced exclusively with grapes from our Contrada Fosso Cavallo vineyard in Fontanarosa, Irpinia DOC Rosato del Cortiglio is a wine made from the white vinification of only red Aglianico grapes. Young, characterized by a broad and typical fruity with cherry notes is a wine with a fresh and pleasant taste.

The olfactory examination shows subtle aromas, which develop on notes of wild strawberries, raspberry, herbs and wild flowers.

味道

In the mouth it is light, smooth and crunchy; closes with a finish characterized by a fruity aftertaste.

Pairing

It has a natural gastronomic predisposition, which leads it to combine with different recipes and preparations. Excellent with mozzarella, cold cuts and pizzas, it also goes very well with white meats and fish-based soups.
