The bubbles produce a subtle and shiny perlage.

The nose is a delicate fruity and fragrant bouquet, spice of spinach, fresh fruit and hazelnut fruit. After the opening of citrus notes, orange peel and a touch of dried flowers and dried fruits.

On the palate fresh and soft with a pleasant and balanced finish.

Great as an aperitif but ideal accompaniment to the whole meal.
