Location	The grapes for this wine come from 3 Pinot Noir sub-zones: 'Girlan', 'Mazon' and 'Pinzon'. The carefully selected vineyards are particularly suited for their microclimatic characteristics.
氣候	Altitude: 380-530 m. a.s.l.
土地的組成	Morainic deposits on volcanic porphyry rock on the one hand as well as by West-facing, loamy limestone soils on the other.

收成	The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure.
釀造	After destemming, the must is filled by gravity into the steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place (20-22 days).
陳年	After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged 12 months in barriques (70%) and small wooden barrels of 12 hl. (30%). Finally, the wine is aged further 6 months in the bottle.
